Lock your space
You apply your own padlock to the door of your unit. Extra Space will not hold the key. You are the only key holder. You can nominate further key holders in the cases where you require other people to access your storage space. However, only those authorised by you are given access to your belongings

How to use it?
Our customers love Extra Space Self Storage because it gives them choices. You get maximum benefit from self storage, because we let you make the decisions that work best for you.

	How long you want to store? Your stay at Extra Space is on a month-to-month basis so you only pay for the space while you need it and no longer.

	When you want to store? Move in when you are ready - we don’t insist that you move in on a pre-determined date.

	How much you need to store? We have a big range of sizes, so simply choose the size you need. You save money by not paying for space that you don’t use.

	To have aircon or non aircon storage? Choose the climate in which you want your belongings to be stored. Our IMM facility is fully airconditioned during office hours, with 24-hour aircon units also available. Marymount Road and West Coast has 24-hour aircon space, whilst at 301 Boon Keng Road and Eunos Link, we have 24-hour aircon units as well as wine storage units.

	To have a standard door or a roller door? If you have bulky items to store or need frequent access, then you can choose to rent a unit which has a roller door which is wider than a standard door.

You and only you hold the keys to your self- storage space. We don't , so you better remember to bring yours when you come (but we do give you some spares so keep them safe)
